This notice describes the testing service, not approved production legal terms.

What the test service handles

Merchant access: Verified email addresses, expiring sign-in capabilities, sessions, merchant membership and access/audit records support merchant authentication. Square credentials stay server-side and seller tokens are encrypted.
Guest ordering: No customer account is required. Short-lived cart and operational order records support quotes, payments and pickup. Square handles card entry; do not submit real card details for Sandbox tests.
Support: Support requests retain the reply email and details deliberately submitted. Do not include card details or credentials.
Not a cloud preference profile: Operational records are not a permanent customer Favorites/history account. The native application is excluded from this build.

Production retention periods, merchant agreements and legal policies require approval before public ordering activation.
